Due to the personalized nature of our products, our general policy is that we do not accept refunds or returns. Each item is carefully crafted to incorporate your individual preferences and specifications, resulting in a unique product made just for you.

However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and service. If an issue arises due to a discrepancy on our part — for example, if the final product deviates from the design you approved, if there’s a flaw such as incorrect sizing, an alternative item sent, or if your order arrives with a defect like a stain or tear — we take full responsibility. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund as our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering.

Typically, we will not require you to return the item, considering its customized embroidery. We understand that the product was made with your personal touch and therefore holds special value.

Should the concern be due to an oversight on the customer’s part, such as selecting the wrong size or a change of heart over the approved design, our policy is to not offer a refund. We encourage all customers to review their choices carefully before confirmation and to reach out with any questions they may have regarding sizing or design details. If something is wrong after the order is place, there is time before we start the embroidering process. Once that begins, it is too late.
